December 27, 2009 The Roswell Youth Lacrosse Association (RYLA) is pleased to announce that Roswell was selected as a location to host the US Lacrosse National Women’s Team clinic. The National Team Clinic is an excellent opportunity for youth and high school players to learn from the best players in the United States. The goal of the National Team Clinic program has been to foster the growth and development of lacrosse throughout the country. The dedicated elite athletes of the National Team Program accomplish this goal each year. Furthermore, the National Team Clinic is a critical component of the overall fundraising strategy for the team in preparation for future international championships. November 26, 2009 The Tyler Cross Memorial Lacrosse Tournament was established by Chris Palmer and Neal Hicks to honor the life of their former teammate, classmate, and close friend Tyler Garrett Cross.
